Can we use TV to make kids less aggressive?

Here is a new study in the journal of Pediatrics.

  2. I think this study is really interesting in that the researchers tried to find a method of intervention instead of prevention. With today's advancing technology and ubiquitous presence, I think it would very difficult to prevent children from watching TV. So I think it is more rational for parents to monitor the different content their kids are watching instead. However, I do want to point out that most parents are very busy, and sometimes they just don't have the time to sit down and watch TV with their children. I know that as as kid, I could watch any show I wanted because my parents were rarely ever home as they were both busy working.
